How to verify a RERA-registered plot in Haryana

Before you pay a rupee toward any plot, here's exactly how to check it's real.

Every plotted development sold in Haryana under RERA carries a registration number issued by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Empire Valley's number is HRERA-PKL-ROH-804-2025.

To verify it yourself: go to haryanarera.gov.in, open the public registered-projects search, and enter the RERA number. The listing will show the developer's name, the sanctioned layout, and the promised completion timeline — all filed directly with the regulator, not written by a marketing team.
