Who we are
This website is run for Empire Valley, a plotted colony in Sector 36A, Rohtak, registered with HRERA as HRERA-PKL-ROH-804-2025. In this policy, “we” means the Empire Valley sales team.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a visit we collect your name, mobile number, and, if you give them, your email address and message. We also record which page you used, how you heard about us, the advertising campaign that brought you (if any), and the time you agreed to be contacted.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry: to call or WhatsApp you, arrange and confirm a site visit, and send you project details such as the price list and layout. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Consent and DND
We contact you only after you tick the consent box on our form. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, telling us on a call, or emailing enquiries@empirevalleyrohtak.in. After that we stop all marketing contact.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed and whether the enquiry form was used). It sets cookies and does not receive your name or phone number. Advertising platforms may measure whether an ad led to a visit or enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer only if the law requires it (for example if you book a plot). You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and raise a grievance. Write to enquiries@empirevalleyrohtak.in or call +91 99967 76325; we reply within 7 days.
Security
Your details are stored in an access-controlled database that cannot be read from the public website, and are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
